WHAT GOD REALLY WANTS FROM YOU!!!

Why are you here? 

 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart… and soul and mind and strength. This is the first and greatest commandment.” (Matthew 22:37-38)

This is the first purpose of your life, to let God love you and for you to learn how to love him back. To know Christ and make him the center of your life. The most important thing you can do is to know God and the most important thing you can experience in life is to experience His love. To accept this love back to you. God accepts you completely, loves you unconditionally, and totally forgives all of your sins.  You were created to have a relationship with God.

God’s first purpose for your life is worship. God created humankind for worship. Worship is relational and is simply enjoying God’s love and loving him back. Sometimes worship is equated with so many other things, which are forms of worship, i.e. music, clapping, dancing, singing etc.  But simply put, worship is whenever you take your mind off of yourself, your problems, and others and center your mind on God. “That’s worship!” Whenever you talk to God, no matter where you are, that’s worship. If you sit quietly, thinking of Him, or reading your devotional, your words of encouragement, the Bible. That’s worship. Most importantly, when you listen to God, you are worshipping. Make God number one, the center, the nucleus, the core, the heart of your life, daily with daily WORSHIP! Throughout your day!
