When everything seems to fall down around you, prayer is an escape. God's planned way of escape. "Prayer Escape" is likened to a fire escape or any other emergency evacuation plan for safety and protection. This website is purposed to encourage, reveal, and pray for believers to use God's plan of safety, security, and protection from seemingly impending ever present dangers or disasters, thereby preserving the promised, more abundant life through Jesus Christ, embracing the "Great Escape", the "Prayer Escape" He has provided.

John 17:21 “I pray that they all will be one just as you and I are one…”

Whether driving in your local city or town or driving for more than a couple hours, it seems that construction is everywhere. I’ve had to endure so much construction lately that I’ve noticed a spiritual parallel. Construction on a very familiar highway can cause that very familiar path to become very confusing. However, those creating the path always have a plan for a safe, alternate route to get us to our destination. (See the spiritual in the natural) The planet seems to be disturbed, with wars, confusion, corruption, and unexpected headlines of unheard-of happenings around the globe. Be encouraged! Once again, humanity has turned the world upside down. But God is turning it right-side-up. All of the happenings today are part of the “Divine Construction Plan” of God for His creation. We are becoming the Lord’s united family of God, Jew and Gentile. Paul and the disciples longed to see!

Pray for Israel! Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, as scripture commands. (Psalms 122:6) The Jewish people and Christians are of the same heritage. We are family! God’s family! In all of the seemingly, chaotic construction, God is bringing the Family, the body of Christ together in unity! Jesus prayed for his family, that we would all be one! During this time of divine reconstruction please join me in prayer for the points below. Invite, others and, share the points of prayer.

Prayer: Lord, Change the atmosphere on college campuses to peace, love, and respect for one another. I pray that the United States will remain aligned with its greatest ally, Israel. Lord, save the innocent and destroy the evil that seeks to kill and destroy the innocent. Send your warrior angel, “Micheal” to preserve life and destroy evil. Lord, close the gates of the USA, the border to prevent those same evils from hunting down Christians and Jews in this nation, as they have threatened. In Jesus’ name, we pray it all! Amen! Stay encouraged!

WHAT NEXT? ALERT!

This week so many things have happened across the globe that the number one question on the minds of most people today is “What Next or Maybe what now? Considering Mass shootings, threats of war, and terrorism on our nation which we have never known inland of the USA. I hear the Lord saying, “What’s next is Prayer! Actually, we have confused the order. Prayer is not what’s next. Prayer is not the last thing we do. Prayer is what comes first. Prayer is not a “when all things fail” solution. Prayer is the prerequisite for “What next or What Now”. If you have waited until there was no way out to pray, try changing your order of prayer and make prayer the first thing in everyday life circumstances.

II Chronicles 7:14, (GW) However, if my people, who are called by my name will humble themselves, pray, search for me, and turn from their evil ways, then I will hear their prayer, from heaven, forgive their sins, and heal their country.”

What’s Next, What’s First, is prayer! An essential to prayer is “Watchfulness and alertness with your head on a swivel.” Know and beware of your surroundings! Your watchfulness and alertness is a necessary condition that leads you in how to pray.

I Peter 5:8(GW) “Keep your mind clear, and be alert. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion as he looks for someone to devour.”

Do not fear! Do what’s next, what’s first, Above all stand and prayer! Stay Alert!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, Help me in these difficult days of turmoil to remember, who you are, and to turn inward to you and pray as you have commanded. Please cover all those who trust in you with your shield of faith and love. Those who don’t know you, may they come to know you as Lord and Savior and have no fear. Bless this nation and all nations. Lord, be exalted among the nations and be exalted in the earth. Amen!

Seeing the Spiritual in the Natural

“He is like a tree planted by streams of water that yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not wither. In all he does, he prospers.” (Psalm 1:3)

Have you ever considered seeing the things of the natural world from a Spiritual perspective? If you consider the spiritual world first, you will see God in everything you do and will know God better. This is called seeing things God’s way!

I love seeing signs of seasonal changes, especially from autumn to fall. Each season carries a unique beauty by design. I saw trees today that were half green and half yellow. In a few days, the tree will be completely filled with all yellow leaves, but even in the process of changing from one season to the next, the process itself reflects beauty. Our lives reflect the same divine beauty, even through the change process. By God’s divine design no matter the stage or process of life. In every season of life, God gives us his love, grace, His beauty for ashes, the hard, tough, tedious times of processing to become all God wants us to become. Like Him!!!

Prayer

Dear Lord, Help me to see things your way. Open my spiritual eyes to see above my natural eyesight into the realm of the Spirit. No matter the season of life I am in May I behold the beauty of your grace, love. and mercy, your beauty, and perfect design in everyday life and circumstances, Amen!

Wise Investments

Four years ago the economy was turning around and more and more people were beginning to invest and again, considered the not-so-distant past banking debacles.  During that time investors being skeptical sought more assurance as to where to entrust their monies, and rightfully so. They were searching to make new and wiser investments. Much has been written in our life-time about wise investments. However, every time it seems like financially, and economically things are turning around for the better.  The bottom falls out again, sending everyone scrambling, those with money along with those who have no money. Many financial gurus have published quotes about making wise investments. I beg to differ with the great gurus quoted in this writing. 
 
Daymonnd John, An astute entrepreneur of our time, stated, “Entrepreneurship brings us hope.” God brings hope through Jesus Christ!!! 
 
Barbara Corcoran, A Savvy Shark investor, stated, “The best challenge in business is not the competition but what goes on inside your own head.” “Don’t be like the people of this world, but let God change the way you think. Then you will know how to do everything that is good and pleasing to him.” Romans 12:2

Booker T. Washington. a historical man of wisdom, stated, “Success is not measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles which he has overcome while trying to succeed.

The quotes are very encouraging and arrayed with simple actions, and thoughts which  may impact wise earthly investments, yielding some temporary success.  I encourage you to Invest in your character, not yourself!  However,  bringing God the sacrifice of your precious time is the wisest investment you can make. Investment in the One who created you is the only investment with guaranteed insurance on earth, as well as eternal assurance for eternity. Your earthly investments will only go as far as the grave yard.  Do you know anyone whose corps went to the graveyard, followed by a  moving van, lockbox, or a safe? Dare to examine yourself. It’s quick and easy. Check your schedule and checkbook, bank account, and credit card statement, and discover the big reveal!!! You will see what’s most important to you.                               (God’s grace is sufficient!!
 
Luke 12:33-34 (CEV))
19  Don’t store up treasures on earth! Moths and rust can destroy them, and thieves can break in and steal them. :3320  Instead, store up your treasures in heaven, where moths and rust cannot destroy them, and thieves cannot break in and steal them. 
21 Your heart will always be where your treasure is.
 
 God desires a life of God-worship!  Life is not about acquisition and achievement but relationships, loving God, and loving all people. Your blessings will be much more than money, and you will not have to look for them because blessings will overtake you.  You will overcome every obstacle and will gain greater knowledge of Him and His power. (My power is made perfect in weakness….says the Lord!) You will be in the right place, on the right path, and above all things, standing. You will reach the point of awareness that You have more than enough, you are enough because God is enough, and you live a life of God-worship. Wherever you go, you can remain because of your obedience. Ask God about everyday decisions, small tiny decisions to astronomical decisions. Wow God! What awesomse dividends!
 
Make wise investments daily, of time spent with Him. A guaranteed assurance that His presence, power, and peace shall be gained. God has invested in you! He will one day audit your life. You don’t have to bring anything, no receipts, records because he has all of of your records. “And so, each of us must give an account to God for what we do.” (Romans 14:12 CEV)
 
Isaiah 55:1-2 (CEV)
  1.  If you are thirsty, come and drink water! If you don’t have any money, come, eat what you want!
    Drink wine and milk without paying a cent.
  2. Why waste your money on what really isn’t food? Why work hard for something that doesn’t satisfy you? Listen carefully to me, and you will enjoy the very best foods.

Pray:

Dear Lord,

This is the day you have made, so I rejoice and am glad in it. For you are the God of the universe, creator of all things. I have faith that you will take care of me; that you will supply all of my needs, according to your riches in glory. I realize that you have the means that I am not aware of and resources that I know nothing about.  Even though things appear to be hopeless and dark, that which I see with my physical eye.  I keep my spiritual eyes on you. My faith reminds me to look not to my abilities, or lack of abilities, but to focus on you who is above all of my circumstances.  I am investing in you today Lord, and throughout my earthly life. I confess my sins now…… Thank you for your complete acceptance; your unconditional love, and your total forgiveness!!!

When I close my eyes to death on earth, I will open my eyes in heaven to all of the investments and treasury that are stored up for me. I thank you now for the treasures of peace, joy, hope, faith, long-suffering, and every spiritual blessing here on earth.  I will thank you in heaven that I invested wisely on earth, by investing in character on earth that pleases you!!! Amen!

WHAT’S HE LOOKING FOR?

God is Chasing after YOU!

God is looking for you, True Worshiper! Those who will spend quality time with Him. Those who lie down at night and make Him your last thought, and those who rise up and make Him your first thought. Those who entrust Him with all of your cares and concerns, those who have set aside time just for relaxing in His everlasting arms, not asking for anything, but just enjoying the moments with Him, and you know He is always with you, never forsaking or leaving you.  Those who marvel at His strength and power in your weakness and understand that when you are weak He is strong. You don’t really understand it in your human mind, but in your faith eye, in your spirit, you know He has a plan for you. Those who accept His grace, mercy, and unmerited favor because you realize, you can’t be good enough and on your best day, you cannot do enough to deserve or earn His favor. The one thing in all of creation God seeks after, He seeks true worshipers! You can become a true worshiper. Are you a true worshiper? If not, become one this moment and worship Him in Spirit and in Truth. It is not sincere if your worship is not with all of your heart. Tell Jesus he can rule your heart. After all, you are the gatekeeper of your heart.

John 4:23-24– A time will come, however, indeed it is already here when the true (genuine) worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality); for the Father is seeking just such people as these as His worshipers. God is a Spirit (a spiritual Being) and those who worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth (reality)

Pray:

Dear Lord, 

Help me to keep my heart with all diligence. I surrender my heart to you today and forever. Help me to walk in your way. Give me a heart that is patient, and willing to seek you more and more, a heart that seeks after your will and your desires, a heart that delights in the word of God. Let my heart yearn for you every day and minute and second so that I can have a devoted relationship with you. Feel all voids of my heart with your loving presence. An encounter with you is what I desire today. That’s what I am looking for today. By the precious blood of Jesus, and His Holy Name, Amen!
